update, finally
Its the holidays, but first things first my results.
Only a B for my FYP? Who where why what how.. Like come on, we are the only group using a new coding style (SDL), only one that has networking. Aye its alright its ok, i dont bother about it anymore. A for iad and Flash , C+ for MLP, so far MLP C+ is the highest heh (Of the people i asked).
Emotimo the stupid 3.8-er isnt happy about his result because his mlp got D and his gpa became 3.8. Up yours emotimo lol.
Well at least ive maintained a 3.0 gpa for the whole poly duration, playing, slacking 24/7, its been fun.
So ive been gone for the past few weeks, chalets here and there.
First up was my so called year 1 class chalet. Where TC called all the year 1's. The ironic thing was he didnt call half the year 1 class. Which led on to later him claimed that it was a 1A02 chalet. And he's from 1A01. Anyway, for 3 days we BBQ-ed everything. Well the items that were on the menu were Chicken wings, chicken thighs and chicken sausages. For 3 days that was what we ate. And the activity for 3 days was mahjong. Well i left on the 2nd day to BBDC for my driving lesson and i learnt 1 thing, you cannot learn anything during a chalet.
I was sluggish, half dead and couldnt concentrate at all. Thus making it a very very horrible lesson.
Anyway that week was over and there went the first week of September.
I was sabotaged! I was playing the drums during service and my base peddle flew off in the middle of a mid-fast tempo song. I stopped once and quickly shoved the damn peddle back in the kick slot. The stupid MC singing gave me a dirty look for stopping suddenly during the song. He saw that i had some equipment problem and yet he went on and on without the drums. Not that i really cared but then again, whats the service without the drums when theres only a piano and a guitarist around.
And you cant hear the guitarist due to the incompetent PA crew. Well its hard to change bad habits but then again, how can you work with people that tell the singers (In chinese, roughly translated to) "Oh your too soft because your voice hasnt opened up yet" In other words, they meant to say that the singer is too soft because they havent warmed up yet.
But the singer is asking them to make them louder, and also how the hell do they know if the singer is warmed up or not, they are not singers, just a bunch of old men who have no clue about what they are doing.
Anyway so i went on with a semi loose drum peddle. When it came out again, i just continued without it and the music sounded weird. When the stupid MC finally stopped to speak, i grabbed musking tape and made a makeshift drum peddle by taping it back.
Mmmkay im going to stop here for now, got a real bad headache and stomach flu going on now, Ill update the rest later, later.
